We are pet-friendly! Dogs & cats are welcome. The fees for each are as follows: The pet fee is $75/month. Maximum of 2 pets total per apartment. All pets must be fully vaccinated and spayed/neutered. If tenant chooses to have a pet on the premises, the tenant shall pay a one-time nonrefundable Pet Owner Fee of $250 per pet. This fee is due upon move-in of the pet and is not refundable under any circumstances. The Pet Owner Fee does not limit the tenant’s responsibility for any damage caused by the pet or other additional fees or charges that may be assessed for cleaning, repairs, or other damages associated with the pet. The tenant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations regarding pets as outlined in this lease agreement.
