Building Access
To set up a buzzer: Call Port Property at (207) 699-2218 and leave the resident’s address, telephone number, and reason for calling. Port Property will input this information into the system.
Once inputted, the resident’s telephone number will be linked to their apartment. When a guest requests entry, the resident’s phone will ring. After answering (if the resident would like to grant access), push 6 to buzz open the door.
