Lofts on the Levee offers a wide range of floorplans across the building’s three floors — including a number of studios, a variety of one-bedrooms and one-bedroom + offices, and a selection of two-bedroom layouts.

The Levee will incorporate four connected developments built on a peninsula’s end along the Saco River and form a distinctive downtown community for residents, visitors, and neighbors. Connected to the RiverWalk and steps away from Biddeford’s historic downtown, The Levee will be thoughtfully curated to create a vibrant riverside destination complete with modern residential communities, boutique shops, and local dining.
Utilities are not included. Energy-efficient heat/AC pumps run off individual electric usage and water/sewer is sub-metered and billed directly. High speed Wi-Fi is available for $65/month.

Parking is available in a reserved off-street parking lot next to the building for an additional fee. Each apartment is allowed 1 parking permit. Additional parking is available in the Pearl Street Parking Garage.
