Located in a historic mill building, Lofts on the Levee is a new, modern residential community coming to downtown Biddeford in early 2023. Utilities are not included. Energy-efficient heat/AC pumps run off individual electric usage and water/sewer is sub-metered and billed directly. High speed Wi-Fi is available for $75/month.

Lofts on the Levee features a variety of elevated community amenities, including a two-story coworking space, a modern fitness center, a scenic rooftop deck + lounge, bike storage, secure mail + package room, a maker space/DIY room, a pet spa + groom room, elevator access, and more.
Pets
If Tenant chooses to have a pet on the premises, Tenant shall pay a one-time nonrefundable Pet Owner Fee of $250 per pet. This fee is due upon move-in of the pet and is not refundable under any circumstances. The Pet Owner Fee does not limit Tenant’s responsibility for any damage caused by the pet or other additional fees or charges that may be assessed for cleaning, repairs, or other damages associated with the pet. Tenant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations regarding pets as outlined in this lease agreement.
Parking
Parking is available in a reserved off-street parking lot next to the building for an additional fee. Each apartment is allowed 1 parking permit. Additional parking is available in the Pearl Street Parking Garage.
Trash
Trash/recycling disposal is offered at Lofts on the Levee.
