Pet Owner Fee: We are Pet friendly! Dogs & cats are welcome, for a fee. Maximum of 2 pets total per apartment. All pets must be fully vaccinated and spayed/neutered. If Tenant chooses to have a pet on the premises, Tenant shall pay a one-time nonrefundable Pet Owner Fee of $250 per pet. This fee is due upon move-in of the pet and is not refundable under any circumstances. The Pet Owner Fee does not limit Tenant’s responsibility for any damage caused by the pet or other additional fees or charges that may be assessed for cleaning, repairs, or other damages associated with the pet. Tenant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations regarding pets as outlined in this lease agreement.
