Neighborhood: The Lafayette has had a long and interesting history. It was built in 1903 as a luxury hotel. Years later, it was converted into studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. The Lafayette currently has 101 residential units and 9 commercial spaces. The building is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property with 76 dedicated income-restricted units. The Lafayette borders downtown and the West End making it perfect walking distance to local coffee shops, popular restaurants, hospitals, museums, music venues, and vintage stores.
Pet Owner Fee: We are Pet friendly! Dogs & cats are welcome, for a fee. Maximum of 2 pets total per apartment. All pets must be fully vaccinated and spayed/neutered. If Tenant chooses to have a pet on the premises, Tenant shall pay a one-time nonrefundable Pet Owner Fee of $250 per pet. This fee is due upon move-in of the pet and is not refundable under any circumstances. The Pet Owner Fee does not limit Tenant’s responsibility for any damage caused by the pet or other additional fees or charges that may be assessed for cleaning, repairs, or other damages associated with the pet. Tenant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations regarding pets as outlined in this lease agreement.
