If Tenant chooses to have a pet on the premises, Tenant shall pay a one-time nonrefundable Pet Owner Fee of $250 per pet. This fee is due upon move-in of the pet and is not refundable under any circumstances. The Pet Owner Fee does not limit Tenant’s responsibility for any damage caused by the pet or other additional fees or charges that may be assessed for cleaning, repairs, or other damages associated with the pet.
