Burnham Street is a complex of three 12-unit buildings and one eight-unit building. All units are outfitted with energy-efficient Rinnai heaters. There is limited off-street parking with two-car tandem spots. There is shared coin-op laundry in two of the buildings. Many of the apartments have private decks, and all have been updated with new kitchen and baths in the last three years. The complex is within a quarter mile of South Portland’s Greenbelt Walkway.
