We are happy to announce that two of our recently renovated properties have both wrapped construction this month!
The Linden, located in Portland’s West Bayside neighborhood, completed construction this month following the renovation of the community common areas (including a courtyard and patio, fitness center, and coworking lounge). The Linden began construction on the entire building in January 2020, following its acquisition in 2019. The two-year process reconfigured the former Bayside Village property from underutilized, quad model student housing into modern apartment homes.
Riverdam also capped off construction on the property’s last round of one-bedrooms and its amenity areas (including a rooftop deck, fitness center, and resident lounge). Located at 24-28 Pearl Street in downtown Biddeford, Riverdam was originally known as the “Riverdam Mill Complex” and included two 19th century industrial buildings that have since been transformed into a distinguished rental community. Riverdam was purchased in May of 2019, with the first phase of its construction beginning in early 2020.
Riverdam and The Linden were both fully leased at time of final construction, highlighting the local interest in and demand for all-inclusive living with luxe on-site amenities. Along with their variety of community spaces, both buildings feature apartments with high-end interior finishes and tailored design. Throughout each renovation process, our construction partners brought our visions for these properties to life, and we are thrilled to see them come to completion.
