In line with this commitment, we’re excited to announce a significant reorganization within our maintenance department. Formerly one large division, our maintenance technicians are now dedicated to specific portfolio teams, focusing on properties in Portland, South Portland, Biddeford, and North Carolina respectively.

This strategic move is driven by our unwavering dedication to enhancing the resident experience. By aligning maintenance teams with specific portfolios, we aim to streamline operations, improve responsiveness to work order requests, and elevate the maintenance and upkeep of common areas across all our properties.
