For these reasons and more, Port Property is proud to offer a “Hometown Heroes” program. This program offers veterans, active-duty service members and first responders a rent concession at lease signing. Port Property imparts a 5% discount on yearly rent at move-in for new leases, following a new resident’s submission of employment information or military status during the application process.
“Making home happen” extends beyond providing our residents with a well-maintained, safe, and clean place to live. It also reflects a commitment to care for the residents and neighbors who keep us all safe and keep our communities running, day-in and day-out. We are honored to be able to make home happen for those members of our community, and we thank them for their selfless efforts and service.
