We’re excited to announce the opening of our first storage unit facility, Self Storage on the Levee. Located at 1 Upper Falls Road in downtown Biddeford, Self Storage on the Levee features 340 interior, climate-controlled storage units to serve the needs of Biddeford residents and surrounding community members. This facility occupies the first two floors of Lofts on the Levee, a new residential community complete with elevated interiors and community amenities. The existing structure was built by the Saco-Lowell Machine Shops in the 1920s, producing textile machinery until the company closed in 1959 and has been largely vacant since that time. Now, this repurposed space offers modern, distinguished features to ensure personal items are stored safely with confidence.
CLIMATE-CONTROLLED UNITS
Self Storage on the Levee is climate-controlled, offering protection from any weather. We use a combination of heating, cooling, and dehumidification to keep your items at a consistent temperature throughout all four seasons.
VARIETY OF UNIT SIZES
The building’s unique floorplan created an ideal opportunity for a wide range of self-storage unit sizes. Our self-storage units range from 5’X4’ (the size of a large closet) to 10’X19’ (the size of a one-car garage) for ultimate flexibility. SECURE ENTRY
Self Storage on the Levee tenants are each given a unique, secure access code to get into the main entrance, ensuring the safety of all patrons and their belongings. Securely access your self-storage unit during our facility access hours between 7:00AM and 9:00PM, seven days a week. Locks for individual units are available for purchase in our office to keep personal items protected.
CONVENIENTLY LOCATED
Our facility is centrally located, just steps away from downtown Biddeford and adjacent to the Riverwalk. Because we’re close to many residential apartment buildings (including our other Biddeford property, Riverdam), Self Storage on the Levee is an excellent choice for those living in apartments who need some extra space for belongings or seasonal items. Our location not only serves Biddeford, but also surrounding areas such as Saco, Arundel, Dayton, Lyman, and Scarborough.

We go above and beyond to provide our tenants with excellent customer service. Our office is located on-site, and our team is available to help you with all your storage needs.
