In July, the Port Property team joined Biddeford Mayor Martin Grohman and members of the project development team to celebrate the grand opening of The Eddy, a new multi-family community located at 8 Eddy Avenue. Project partners, community stakeholders, team members, family, and friends filled the courtyard as the sun set over the community, and a tree was planted to mark the occasion.
Port Property serves as the on-site property management team for the brand-new residential community and is actively leasing remaining apartments.

The four-story, 200,000+ square-foot building is surrounded by green space – distinguishing itself through its focus on indoor-outdoor living and unique mix of onsite amenities, including a bocce court, sunroom, and state-of-the-art golf simulator.
