This development will consist of four distinct properties set to be developed in phases, with phase one focused on the adaptive reuse of the historic Saco-Lowell Mill building and introduction of both Lofts on the Levee and Self-Storage on the Levee.
Now Preleasing at Lofts on the Levee
The Levee’s flagship property, Lofts on the Levee, will offer 96 design-forward apartments informed by the industrial past of the building. Lofts on the Levee will include studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom + office, and two-bedroom floorplans. These spacious layouts all feature modern interiors with high ceilings, air conditioning, concrete floors, granite and quartz countertops, in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, large closets and windows, and secure key fob entry.
In addition to individual amenities, residents at Lofts on the Levee can enjoy several community amenities including bike storage, a two-story coworking lounge, an open fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, a maker’s space for DIY-ers, a pet spa and groom room, a rooftop deck and lounge with 360-degree views of downtown Biddeford and the Saco River, a secure mail and package room, trash and recycling disposal, and on-site maintenance and management.
Occupancy is currently set for the early spring of 2023.

Self Storage on the Levee Coming Soon
Lofts on the Levee offers a uniquely convenient service for residents and community members of Biddeford and the surrounding area, in the form of a secure, self-storage facility on the ground floor of the building. Self Storage on the Levee features 327 temperature-controlled interior storage units available in a variety of sizes, with the smallest unit measuring at 6.5’ X 5.5’ (the size of a large closet) and our largest unit measuring at 10’ X 19.5’ (the size of a one-car garage.) Units are available for month-to-month rentals.
