Introducing Our Summer Intern: Henry Lausier

This summer, we’re excited to welcome Henry Lausier as Port Property’s 2026 Leasing & Sales Intern.

Joining us from June through August, Henry is supporting the Biddeford team at The Levee, Riverdam, and 145 Main Street. A rising senior at Husson University studying Business Administration, he’s gaining firsthand experience in property management while helping prospective residents, current residents, and our onsite team across multiple communities.

As a Leasing & Sales Intern, each day brings new opportunities to build skills while gaining exposure to the many aspects of property management.

For Henry one day could involve answering questions from prospective residents, scheduling tours, and guiding applicants through the leasing process and another property walks, assisting with maintenance requests, or supporting the property management team wherever needed.

Reflecting on the variety of the role, Henry says, “No two days are really the same, which is one of my favorite parts of the internship. The variety keeps things interesting, and I’ve been able to experience a little bit of everything.”

In addition to the resident-facing side of the role, Henry has gained valuable insight into the business side of property management. From participating in financial meetings to seeing how operations come together behind the scenes, the experience has complemented what he’s studying in the classroom.

“As a business administration student, getting to see that side of the business has been a really valuable experience,” Henry says.

Throughout the summer, Henry has experienced Port Property’s collaborative culture firsthand. “Everyone has been really supportive,” he says. “If I have a question, there’s always someone willing to help. It’s a very team-oriented environment.”

During the school year, Henry plays baseball at Husson University. Outside of baseball, he enjoys staying active at the gym and spending Sundays during football season watching games with friends.

We’re grateful to have Henry on the team this summer and appreciate the enthusiasm, curiosity, and fresh perspective he’s brought to our communities.

Know someone who may benefit from a Port Property internship in 2027? We’d love to hear from them!
