Utilities are not included. Residents establish an individual electric account with Central Maine Power. Energy-efficient heat/AC pumps run off individual electric usage, and water/sewer is sub-metered and billed directly through RentCafe, our resident portal. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for $75/month.

The Eddy includes in-unit washers and dryers in every apartment.

Pets
The Eddy is a pet-friendly community and allows up to two cats or dogs per apartment following pet approval. Residents are responsible for a one-time nonrefundable Pet Owner Fee of $250 per pet and a monthly pet fee of $75 per pet. All pets must be fully vaccinated and spayed or neutered.
Parking
Onsite parking is included in rent. Private exterior garages are available for $200/month.
Trash
Trash/recycling disposal is offered at The Eddy.
