If any utility, Internet, cable, phone, etc. company needs access to a secured area of the building, please call our Non-Emergency Maintenance Line at 207-699-2215 at least 24 hours in advance. Residents should leave their name, new address, and the connection date.
Note: Please do not schedule utilities to be turned on during the weekend or after hours if Port Property is required for access or assistance.
Laundry
Card-op laundry machines are located in the basement of the building (access through the front or courtyard-side door of the 288 State Street side).
Note: To ensure minimal disruption, residents are asked to refrain from using the laundry facilities before 8 am and after 8 pm.
