20 Melbourne Street is a three-story, seven-unit building of one and two bedroom apartments. Some of the units have shared balconies and some have gorgeous ocean views. A stone’s throw from the Eastern Promenade, this building offers an awesome location. Residents here pay their own utilities, aside from water/sewer. Coin-op laundry is located in the basement.
The East End neighborhood can be found on the far eastern end of Portland’s peninsula. These apartment homes are near popular dining on Washington Avenue and Munjoy Hill. Residents also have easy access to the Eastern Promenade, a 68-acre public park and recreation area overlooking Casco Bay with views of two different lighthouses. The Eastern Prom Trail is a 2.1-mile paved trail, popular with area residents for jogging and bike rides. The Prom also has baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts, a playground and a public beach, the East End Beach, for East End residents to enjoy!
