19 Parris Street is located right across the street from Deering Oaks, and are just a short walk to the Old Port and Downtown Portland. Situated in one of Portland’s most up and coming neighborhoods, 19 Parris Street is right next to trendy cafes, restaurants, and local breweries to experience. If any utility, Internet, cable, phone, etc. company needs access to a secured area of the building, please call our Non-Emergency Maintenance Line at 207-699-2215 at least 24 hours in advance. Residents should leave their name, new address, and the connection date.
Note: Please do not schedule utilities to be turned on during the weekend or after hours if Port Property is required for access or assistance.
Coin-op laundry machines are located in the basement of the building (access via the rear stairwell).
Note: To ensure minimal disruption, residents are asked to refrain from using the laundry facilities before 8 am and after 8 pm.
Storage units are available in the basement of the building.
Note: Residents are required to use the unit labeled with their apartment number

The specified trash day is Thursday.
To ensure the property is kept clean, residents must not put trash out before Wednesday at 8 pm. City of Portland trash bags must be used and placed curbside (these can be purchased at local convenience stores and supermarkets). If residents dispose of household trash and/or large items in or around the building, they will be charged for removal and disposal. Please use the recycling totes, which are kept on the property, for single sort recyclables. Port Property is responsible for placing the totes curbside on a weekly basis.
