157/159 Grant Street is three-story, 26-unit building of one and two bedroom apartments. The building is conveniently located near USM, as well as Deering Oaks Park, a 43-acre park with a variety of great amenities. Coin-op laundry is located in the basement and the building provides trash/recycling removal. Rents include heat, hot water, and water/sewer.
157/159 Grant Street is located right across the street from Deering Oaks, and is just a short walk to the Old Port and Downtown Portland. Situated in one of Portland’s most up and coming neighborhoods, 157/159 Grant Street is right next to trendy cafes, restaurants, and local breweries to experience. A local farmers market, parks to enjoy with kids and pets, and nearby shopping are what make these apartments feel like home.
