117 Preble Street
117 Preble Street is a six-story loft building comprised of studio and one-bedroom units. Built in 1927 as the home for the Schlotterbeck and Foss Company, 117 Preble Street has been recently updated but maintains its charm with brick walls, cast stone ornaments and Art Deco detailing. Apartments include in-unit laundry and trash/recycling removal.
117 Preble Street is located right across the street from Deering Oaks, and are just a short walk to the Old Port and Downtown Portland. Situated in one of Portland’s most up and coming neighborhoods, 117 Preble Street is right next to trendy cafes, restaurants, and local breweries to experience. A local farmers market, parks to enjoy with kids and pets, and nearby shopping are what make these apartments feel like home.
