Building Details for Current Residents and Available Apartments
Trash
A dumpster for trash is located in the parking lot of Burnham Street. City recycling bins are located beside the building. All trash must be in closed trash bags; no loose items may be put in the dumpster. You do not need to use City of South Portland trash bags. If you leave any household trash and/or large items in or around the building, or outside the dumpster, you will be charged for their removal and disposal; the minimum charge is $10.00 per bag.
Laundry
All units are equipped with private combination washer/dryer units or full washer/dryers.
Parking
Unassigned parking for one vehicle is included with each unit. There is limited availability for a 2nd parking space for a monthly fee. If you have leased a parking space with your apartment, a valid Port Property Management parking permit (with the PPM logo visible at all times) must be in clear view in the front windshield at all times for any vehicle(s) parked in your spot(s), or you will likely be towed. During the winter months, we plow after every storm. If we are plowing, you will need to move your car out of the lot from 8 am until 2 pm (unless the city of South Portland has called a daytime parking ban). Please call (207) 699-2215, or check our website after 7 am to find out if we are plowing. Please be sure to comply with the snow removal policy, as failure to do so will likely result in your vehicle being towed at your own expense. See our Parking Policy.
Please note that, per the city of South Portland, from December 1st until April 1st, you may not park on-street between 12 midnight and 6 am. You may be ticketed and/or towed.
