The Armature offers a variety of spacious studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedroom + offices, two-bedrooms, and two-bedroom + offices throughout its eight floors. Experience an unmatched residential offering complete with high-end finishes, smart home build-ins, luxury features and private balconies (available in select residences). Utilities:

Utilities are billed separately for each residence. Electric, water, and sewer utilities are sub-metered and billed directly. High-speed WiFi is $75/month. Energy-efficient heat and AC pumps operate based on individual electric usage. Our amenity package includes access to all community amenities, rubbish removal and recycling, and concierge services for $30/month. Rental rates listed do not include utilities, amenity package, or WiFi.
