We gladly accept dogs and cats with a monthly pet fee of $75 for each pet, along with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $250 per pet. You can bring up to two pets per apartment, and all pets must be fully vaccinated and spayed/neutered.
Utilities:
Tenant is eco-consciously responsible for heating and cooling, which are efficiently run off of a mini split. Water, sewer, and HVAC consumption charges are conveniently billed back to the resident’s ledger on a monthly basis. Only electric utility setup is required through CMP.
