For electricity, please contact Duke Energy at 800-452-2777 or Start Education (duke-energy.com)
If any utility, Internet, cable, phone, etc. company needs access to a secured area of the building, please call our Non-Emergency Maintenance Line at 910-685-8284 at least 24 hours in advance. Residents should leave their name, new address, and the connection date.
Note: Please do not schedule utilities to be turned on during the weekend or after hours if Port Property is required for access or assistance.
Laundry
The Preserve has a laundry room onsite. Select apartments include in-unit washer/dryers.
Parking
The Preserve features a resident parking lot. Please contact our team for more information.
Trash
The building provides on-site totes for local trash/recycling removal. To ensure the property is kept clean, residents must properly tie their own trash bags and place them directly inside the building’s totes.
Please use the recycling totes, which are kept on the property, for single sort recyclables. Cardboard boxes must be broken down and flat for collection. Collection schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Please visit wilmingtonnc.gov for more information on recycling.
